Q: Why did my request get denied?
A: Our usual reasons for denials are: You did not provide an email address for admins to search the account, you did not agree to group rules before submitting the member request, or you do not have the required products for the group that you requested access to

Q: How long does it take for my request to get approved?
A: Please allow our team up to 24-48 hours to review your request. If it takes longer than 48 hours, please try to request to join the group again. If you don't get into the group after the 2nd attempt, please email [email protected]

Q: Does ENTRE send messages to students on Facebook?
A: No, ENTRE personnel typically respond via email, if you're unsure if an ENTRE team member sent you a team member or if someone is impersonating a team member, please email [email protected] with your concerns
