Closed Captioning

ENTRE Steps: 

1. Go to any of the ENTRE Accelerator Courses, Success Path Masterclass, and ongoing Masterclasses.

2. 

3. Click on the button that's labeled 'CC' at the bottom right corner of your ENTRE video to turn on 'Closed Captioning'

If you don't see a 'CC' box in the video you're watching, that indicates that Closed Captioning isn't available for that video at this time.

Zoom Steps:

1. Once you're logged into a Zoom meeting/webinar, you should be able to see the 'CC' button
2. 
   1. If you can't see that button, try clicking on 'More' then 'Captions...'
3. 
4. From there, you can then turn on captions, change the caption language, and show the full transcript if needed
