How to clear cache and cookies in Chrome:
- Locate the three little dots in the top right corner of Google Chrome
- Hover over “More tools” in the drop-down menu and select “Clear browsing data”
- Check the three checkboxes and click “Clear data”
- Log out of your ENTRE account and then log back in to see if the video plays, if not, please send a screenshot or video of your screen to [email protected]
