Not Receiving Emails From ENTRE?

If you're missing important information about your ENTRE account such as login credentials, account access details, or other pertinent information that impacts your journey with ENTRE you may need to adjust your email subscription settings.


This may mean that you have opted out of all of our communications and this has been blocking you from receiving our emails or that our emails are landing in your spam/junk folder!


This may cause you to miss valuable updates and/or necessary information pertaining to your ENTRE Institute account.




How to re-subscribe to ENTRE's emails
If you would like to opt back in and stay up to date, please follow THIS LINK to fill out our email opt-in form.

DO NOT click submit! You will NOT receive an email after submitting the form.

Once you've clicked on the button, you will receive an email to opt back into ENTRE's email communications.

Note: If you don't see the email in your inbox right away, please check your spam folder

The email should be similar to the following image:

From here, you can click on 'update your subscription preferences'

The link will direct you to a page that will allow you to update your email subscription preference for ENTRE's emails.

Once you've decided on which emails you would like to be subscribed to, please click 'Update email preferences' to save your changes
