Canceling your ENTRE Explorer subscription is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps to cancel your subscription online, or through email. We'll also explain what happens after you cancel, including which features and resources you'll retain and which will no longer be accessible.
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Navigate to my.entreinstitute.com
- Enter your username and password. If you forgot your username or password, please see THIS knowledge base article for assistance
- Navigate to your account settings
- Navigate to the Subscriptions Tab from your Account Settings
- From here, select the subscription you would like to cancel and select 'Cancel'
- If you've already canceled your subscription, you will notice a canceled message

- Once you've selected the subscription you would like to cancel, please proceed with the cancellation process and provide a reason for your cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation:
Immediate Changes:
Your access to certain features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Retained Access:
- Accelerator Curriculum: You will still have access to any Accelerator courses you've purchased
- Implementation Bootcamp Videos: These videos will remain accessible for you at any time
- VIP Concierge: Concierge access to dedicated VIP Concierge support
Lost Access:
- Mastery Ranked Curriculum: You will lose access to advanced courses within the Mastery ranks.
- Weekly Live Expert Instruction: Access to replays and participation in live expert calls will no longer be available
- Live Masterclasses: You will no longer be able to participate in live Masterclasses
- Masterclass Vault: You will no longer be able to access previous Masterclass replays
- Entresoft Premium Subscription: Access to the Entresoft Premium tools will be terminated. All data will be erased after 28 days.
