At ENTRE, our VIP Concierge team serves as your dedicated point of contact to guide and champion you as you make the most of your learning journey. From personalized advice to accountability, they are here to understand your goals and aspirations, address concerns, and tailor solutions to your unique circumstances. With a deep knowledge of ENTRE’s products, they help you navigate all of the components included in your ENTRE experience and beyond - ensuring your satisfaction and success every step of the way.


We recommend that you meet with your assigned VIP Concierge team or any member of the VIP Concierge team 4-5 times a year for general check-ins, and guidance, to ensure that you are maximizing the use of all of the tools, resources, and experiences available at ENTRE!




Our VIP Concierge can assist you with:

  • If you're feeling stuck, frustrated, or unsure about your next steps, your VIP Concierge should be your main contact to help you move forward in your ENTRE journey

  • Showing you the resources you have access to

  • Guiding and navigating you through your courses if you need the support.

  • Breaking down what is available to you upon completing a purchase

  • Processing renewals and offering other products to assist you on your journey

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
Q: How do you become eligible for the VIP Concierge Program?
A: As long as you've paid in full for your ENTRE Explore Launch Bundle or any digital accelerator course, you can connect with a VIP Concierge! If you need assistance, please email [email protected]

Q: My VIP Concierge isn't here anymore, how do I get connected with another VIP Concierge?
A: No worries, as our team works on getting you re-assigned, you can email [email protected] for support from any VIP Concierge team member!

Q: Do I have to book a call with a VIP Concierge?
A: Although 4-5 calls with your VIP Concierge are recommended annually, it isn't required. These check-ins will allow you to stay up to date with all things ENTRE and ensure you all have the resources you need!

Q: Does my VIP Concierge meeting have to be a Zoom call?
A: There are times when a VIP Concierge may call or text you, but for meetings, they will be primarily through Zoom. Zoom allows the VIP Concierge to share their screen and show you exactly where you need to go for any next steps!
