Overview:

The Double Your Money Back Guarantee (DYMB) is designed to provide you, as the purchaser, with the confidence to move forward in beginning your entrepreneurial journey knowing that you will be guaranteed to have a successful business model set up within 90 days of purchasing their applicable product (digital accelerator, digital bundle, ENTRE Explorer launch bundle only).

After you complete your Accelerator, implement all Accelerator steps, and meet all the requirements found in Appendix A of your purchase agreement, you may qualify for an additional support period of up to 90 days. During the up to 90-day period of support, you will need to implement any additional steps required to have a successful business model set up. If after the additional support period of up to 90 days of support, you don't have a successful business model set up, you may be eligible to double your money back. 

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply. In addition to the above, you must complete the curriculum within the timeframe outlined in Appendix A of your Purchase Agreement, make good faith efforts to get results, document all efforts, and actively participate in the additional up to 90 days if you qualify.

How to submit for enactment: 

1. Please view Appendix A of your Purchase Agreement for specific eligibility details.

   1. If eligible, please submit a form for the business Accelerator you've completed and have implemented:

      1. Affiliate Accelerator Form
      2. Agency Accelerator Form
      3. Authority Accelerator Form
      4. Sales Accelerator Form
2. The VIP Concierge team will review all documentation for eligibility and reach back out within 3-5 business days with the next steps
   1. If additional information is required, please ensure to get all the required documents emailed back to the team to move forward with the up to 90-day period of additional support.
3. The VIP Concierge will set up a meeting if you're eligible to move forward with the Double Your Money Back next steps and work on your up to 90-day period
   1. If you're ineligible for the Double Your Money Back Guarantee, your VIP Concierge will continue to support you throughout your journey

Q: Why did my Double Your Money Back submission get denied?
A: There are various reasons as to why a submission may get denied. If you need additional clarification than what was sent, please email [email protected] to schedule a call with a VIP Concierge to discuss further

Q: I've completed the Double Your Money Back next steps, how long will it take for me to see the funds?
A: The first half of the funds will go back to your original form of payment, this could take up to 7-10 business days for you to see it reflected back in your account. For the second payment, you'll be invited to create a Tipalti account, once created you should see the funds reflect the account you've provided Tipali to show up in your account within 7-10 business days.

Q: I thought this was a 90-day refund period if I wasn't satisfied
A: Unfortunately the Double Your Money Back Guarantee isn't a refund process. The Double Your Money Back Guarantee is meant to guarantee that you'll have a successful business model set up within 90 days of purchasing their applicable product. If you don't have a successful business model set up, after the additional up to 90 days of support, then you'll receive double your money back.
