Steps: 

  1. Navigate to app.entresoft.com

  2. Click on 'Forgot Password'

  3. Enter your email (the one you used to sign up with ENTRE unless you changed it) then click on 'Reset Password'

  4. Check your email and click 'Reset Password'

  5. Enter your new password and confirm your new password

  6. Once you've confirmed your password, click on 'Change Password' to save your changes
  7. You can now proceed to log into app.entresoft.com with your NEW updated password!

When setting up a new password, aim for a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable information like birthdays or common words.
